🚨HIRING: Healthcare Claims & Billing Specialist (Virtual Assistant)

We are a US-based Virtual Assistant staffing company seeking an experienced Healthcare Claims & Billing Specialist to support a client with ongoing healthcare billing, bookkeeping, and invoice coordination tasks.

📌 Position Overview

We’re looking for candidates with experience in healthcare billing and insurance claims processing, particularly HCFA/CMS-1500 and UB-04 forms, Medicaid billing workflows, reconciliation, and accurate invoice handling. A strong background in bookkeeping/accounting and high attention to detail are essential for this role.

⏰ Work Schedule

• 18 hours per week | Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Process healthcare billing and insurance claims accurately
• Handle HCFA/CMS-1500 and UB-04 forms
• Support Medicaid billing workflows, reconciliation, and invoice handling
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with US accounting and billing standards

🎯 Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare billing and insurance claims processing required
• Experience with HCFA/CMS-1500, UB-04, and Medicaid billing workflows
• Strong bookkeeping/accounting background with reconciliation experience
• Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or claims compensation environments is highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
